Bodega is stashed off Mass Ave, and hidden behind a soda machine in the back of a fake store font. Its worth the trouble to find it though- cause behind the hipster batcave vending machine door lies some of the best kicks and urban wear in Boston, complete with a DJ. In fact, the entire store and and selection reads much more Brooklyn than Boston, in a good way.
They have a solid assortment of some major and some homegrown labels- mostly flannels, hoodies and jackets, and a ton of branded house label merch, but Bodega is really about the sneakers.
The sneaker selection skews heavily Nike, and as a dyed in the wool, Run DMC "My Adidas" boy, I must admit to being a bit limited in my choices for purchase, but a little browsing turned up a healthy selection of Y-3 hightops and an awesome pair of Grey Wool Flannel Clae kicks. Definitely go check it out.
